Our wood-fired grill brings local ingredients to life — from handmade pizzas and just-caught seafood to expertly aged cuts. Every dish is grounded in simplicity, cooked with care, and best enjoyed with good company.
OUR WOOD GRILL IS THE HEART OF OUR KITCHEN
Our custom oak-wood grill is 11 feet long with 9 feet of grill space and three feet of open hearth. The grill came first. We built the restaurant around it.
