La Vaquera is located in the heart of historic San Juan Capistrano and California's oldest neighborhood, the Los Rios District. Paying tribute to the original Californian ranchero, our thoughtfully crafted menu reflects both the past and present of San Juan Capistrano, its local terrain, and the generations of people who have settled here.
OUR WOOD GRILL IS THE HEART OF OUR KITCHEN
Our custom oak-wood grill is 11 feet long with 9 feet of grill space and three feet of open hearth. The grill came first. We built the restaurant around it.
